suz_3_photoSuzanne Hartung, M.Ed. is passionate about empowering teams and communities to thrive in the midst of constant change and growth. She designs and facilitates experiential programs that support leaders towards increasing strengths and making positive organizational change in their teams. Her facilitation is often described as bold, intuitive, and adaptable. As a consultant and counselor Suzanne is skilled in using many different leadership and career assessments that give clients a greater depth of knowledge into themselves and their team dynamics.

TH_photo_2Tiffany Higgins, M.S. has 20 years experience in working with people as a facilitator, coach, teacher, and experiential educator. She has designed and led experiential teambuilding, leadership, and ropes course programs for thousands of people, ranging from corporate groups, sports teams, youth, and teens at-risk. Tiffany is an enthusiastic group facilitator with a keen eye for subtle group dynamics. She is able to see individuals for who they are and engage them in drawing out their unique gifts.

Special Program Facilitators:

Kristen Truman, RN, MS, MA has 16 years experience as facilitator and educator in clinical, academic, corporate, and wilderness environments.  She serves as executive coach, organizational consultant and facilitator for individual and team development. Lindsay Melsen specializes in the empowerment and equity of marginalized identities. She spent two years as Director of Community Education and Adult Programming at a GLBTIQ advocacy center in Fort Collins, CO.  She brings the realities and concerns of the many individuals she has worked with to life in her workshops and presentations.  Lindsay offers a big-picture understanding of the way our society has marginalized certain populations and identities while providing ideas and strategies for any individual or group of people to become more inclusive. She relies on levity, personal stories, and authentic connection to engage people of any background into conversation about inclusion and safe space. Lindsay is currently doing corporate consulting as well as running workshops and resiliency groups for the general public. Stacie J. Scheich, M.Ed., NCC, EMDR II, Is an entrepreneur, psychotherapist, and facilitator. She believes in the ability for each person to make positive changes in their lives and has made it her life’s work to help others discover inner peace and happiness.  As a facilitator Stacie is very clear and informative while exuding compassion and caring for all people.  Her expertise in child abuse detection, reporting, and prevention comes from her work with child protection and as a psychotherapist.

Katie Bangs, M.S., M.Ed. PPS, MFTI, is accomplished at helping people define their goals, build their skills, utilize their strengths, and explore life’s possibilities so that they can live a positive, healthy, and happy life. As a counselor, she works with families, couples, children, and adults to address personal and social issues as well as addressing communication barriers, stress, anxiety, and mental health concerns. Katie is committed to diversity awareness, strength and asset based interventions, building positive communities, and helping at-risk children and teens and their families. Katie worked as a summer camp counselor for 7 years and has been a professional community counselor since 2003.
